I enjoyed the rooftop experience and the included American Breakfast was exceptional

From the moment we arrived early in the morning to the time we left having to change plans due to the imminent arrival of Hurricane Hilary, the staff were accomodating and exceptional. Every single staff member we dealt with from reception, car service, valet and concierge were the best we have encountered. After we left the SLS, We travelled to another hotel in your group and have been disappointed at every touch point - from the cleanliness of the rooms to every interaction with staff members. I would highly recommend SLS purely on your staff. Thank you.

Nice property, great roof deck pool, bar. Room was large and nicely appointed. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Customer service excellent.
