From the moment we arrived early in the morning to the time we left having to change plans due to the imminent arrival of Hurricane Hilary, the staff were accomodating and exceptional. Every single staff member we dealt with from reception, car service, valet and concierge were the best we have encountered. After we left the SLS, We travelled to another hotel in your group and have been disappointed at every touch point - from the cleanliness of the rooms to every interaction with staff members. I would highly recommend SLS purely on your staff. Thank you.

The location was perfect for the reason we needed to be in California. The staff was excellent all around, from the time you step out of the car from the airport to the time we left to return to the airport. The Restruants there were very nice. I appreciated the “house car” that was able to provide us to the medical appointments we needed to be at.

The property is stunning and in a good location in Beverly Hills. The room was amazing however only thing, the beds were small.

Nice property, great roof deck pool, bar. Room was large and nicely appointed. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Customer service excellent.
